Surgery?! Man, it HAS been a long time. Only old people get knee surgery! Nohh, I'm kidding! Super glad to hear you're still moving and shaking, despite this short rest. Can you been seen in motion anywhere? (Internet, live, cartoon?) Hope it's gotten better since this post.

I've done 1,2 and 3 and I'm in the middle of 5. 4 I've done in the past and that's why I had to have surgery on my other knee. I learnt my lesson and I'm not doing that again.
I've been going to physio for the past week, I would've started earlier but that was the earliest they could fit me in and I've been resting, stretching and excecising it as advised. Hopefully all will be well soon enough. It's definitely gotten at least a little better.

Also, thanks for the kind words and e-mail <3

How to cope with things being taken away from you:
1.Kick and scream, cross arms and pout.
2.Blog about it
3.Talk to close friends about it.
4.Pretend it's not happening.
5.Do everything in your power to change it and make yourself happy.
